Precautions for tire balers

The vertical Tires baler is usually used for baling waste car tires and truck tires, it's a very popular baler machine for the waste tires recycling. Proper use of the tires baler, conscientious implementation of maintenance systems and strict compliance with safe operating procedures are necessary conditions to extend the service life of baler, improve production efficiency and ensure safe production.

Here are some Precautions of the tires baler:

(1) The hydraulic oil added to the tank should strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, which must be strictly filtered, and a sufficient amount of oil should be maintained all the times. If it is insufficient, the oil should be added immediately.

(2) The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the oil should not be filtered for more than one month each time. New oil that has been used once is allowed to be used again after being strictly filtered.

(3) Each lubrication point of the tires baler should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.

(4) The debris in the baler chamber should be cleaned up in time. 

(5) When there is a serious oil leakage in the machine or an abnormality occurs during work, the tires baler should stop running immediately to analyze the cause and eliminate the fault. It is not allowed to operate the tires baler when some problems happen.

(6) When running the tires baler, it is strictly forbidden to use hands or feet directly to put the waste tires into the feeding chamber.

(7) Adjustments to pumps, valves, and pressure gauges must be operated by experienced technical persons. If a pressure gauge is found to be faulty, the gauge should be checked or updated immediately.
