Working principle:

First, pour the scrap metal into the hopper, and the scrap metal falls into the feeding box through the hopper. Then start the side cylinder (longitudinal direction), which compresses the scrap metal longitudinally, and the excess scrap metal falls onto the pallet. When the longitudinal compression is completed, start the main cylinder to compress the scrap metal horizontally. After multiple compressions, the small door opens, and the bale is pushed out of the small door by the main cylinder.

Advantage:

(1) The side cylinder can continuously compress the scrap metal in the feeding box by adopting a doorless setting, thus improving production efficiency;

(2) The side cylinder is provided with a bearing plate, which can block the scrap metal falling from the hopper outside the cylinder rod and prevent it from contacting the cylinder and hydraulic rod, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the cylinder and hydraulic rod.

(3) The main cylinder can achieve compression on the one hand and push the bales on the other hand, without the need to set up another device to push out the compressed bales.
