The Tire Double Puller machine is a device that completely pulls out the wires on both sides of the tire at one time without any processing. It is the preliminary process for subsequent tire crushing or cutting. Its main components include: motor, reducer, transmission gear, disc hook, cross plate, support plate, base, bearing seat, loading rack, control box, etc.
Instructions for use:
Start the motor, fully open the two hooks of the disc, place the tire vertically in the machine, start the motor (the two hooks rotate upward synchronously), and pull out the wire in a continuous manner. During the wire pulling process, when the tire keeps moving upward, it means that the wire should be pulled out smoothly. If the tire does not move upward and is deformed, it should be adjusted before pulling. When the hook pulls all the steel wire away from the tire, the steel wire can be taken out from both sides of the machine.

When used together with a tire double puller machine, a double-shaft shredder, a rubber crusher, and a rubber breaker (roller rubber grinder), it can be used to create an overall tire crushing production line.
It also has a conveying and loading machine, and a magnetic separator can be used in conjunction with this equipment to form a corresponding rubber powder production line. The rubber pellet production line can be used with a double-shaft shredder, rubber pellet, steel wire separator, and vibrating screen separator to form a complete process line.
