More and more waste or used tires of cars, truck, vans ect, how to deal with the used tires becomes a big problem. In fact the waste or used tires with huge value if can be recycled in the good ways. In the recycling industry, there are many ways to recycle these tires, like burning the tires to recycle the tires steel, shreddering the waste tires to recycle the rubber, baling the tires for exporting the used tires and so one. Here today we introduce the tires baler for second use of the used tires.

Teyun has designed the vertical baler especially for baling the tires, maily with two types, TY-160 and TY-180. This tires baler can pack the serval pieces of waste tires into a bale to save the waste tires stock space and save the transport cost. Especially, most of the waste tires are exported to other countries, after baling, one container can fit more space and load more tires.

But to be noticed, before putting the tires into the tires baler, the tires should be removed with the centre steel wires(you can use the tires puller),then use the tires baler.
