Common malfunctions of the hydraulic vertical baler

IF the vertical baler can't work, you can check the following problems and learn how to fix the baler:

1.The vertical baler does not work, but the pump is still running

The direction of rotation of the motor is reversed. Check the direction of rotation of the motor;
The voltage of the motor is too low to operate normally under the existing load, check the voltage;
Check whether there is hose leakage or pinched in the hydraulic pipeline;
Check the pump coupling to ensure that the keyway cannot leave the pump shaft;
Check whether the hydraulic oil in the tank is sufficient (the liquid level should be above 1/2 of the tank volume);
The suction filter of the fuel tank or the vent cover on the top may be plugged;
Check whether the suction line device is loose, whether there are capillary cracks in the suction port of the pump, and the suction line should always have oil and no air bubbles;

2.The baler is running too slowly

Something is blocking the suction filter, vent cap or pressure filter, or the hose is pinched;
Low motor voltage;
The hydraulic oil is thinner or thicker

3.Motor overheated

Incorrect wiring;
Overheating of the pump due to lack of oil;
The hydraulic oil is too thin or too thick

4.Oil leaks or oil sprayed from the tank
Blocked vents cause increased pressure in the tank, allowing oil to spray out. Clean the vent hole or replace it with a vent.

5.The vertical baler can't work, the motor can't run

The control fuse is broken;
The motor starter is overloaded and disconnected. Press the "Reset" button on the controller;
The lead fuse is broken;
Check the transformer;
Check button.
